Location

Golden Rooster Hotel is situated in the popular tourist area of Victory Hill. Victory beach is a short walk away where you can find
beach shacks with beach beds, food and drinks.

When you need to go downtown, maybe to the popular local market, then there are plenty of friendly tuk tuk’s to take you for just a few
dollars. You will probably want to visit some of the other beaches dotted around the town and again a short tuk tuk ride gets you on
the golden sands.

Just outside the Golden Rooster there are many ‘lively’ late night bars and some good local and western restaurants. For those who
like a flutter then there is also an international casino a short walk away.

Other attractions nearby include the Airport club (noticeable because it is built around a real size airplane) and the popular Sunshine Boat
cruise which operates most days.

Of course there are several excursions you can book including trips to Ream national park, the waterfalls and many Wats (temples).
